This Power for Parkinson’s® #yogaclass is the best of both seated and standing workouts. Nadine guides us into our present moment during a seated warmup then leads us into a standing practice with various lengthening poses assisted by a chair. Bring strength, vitality, and presence to your practice. The standing poses help create and maintain a healthy spine. Standing allows us to work with balance, work on mobility, and larger movements we don’t always get to work when seated. Gain strength and improve your coordination with Nadine. For this class, you will need a chair to help with balance. Namaste.
