Slow Beginners Yoga Practice

Yoga For Beginners
This beginners yoga practice focuses on breathing and basic yoga poses. The sequence starts from lying down with a short breath awareness exercise, and then progresses onto all-fours and into standing poses. The pace is slow and easy to follow so that everyone has time to find their own shape in the poses.

Throughout the practice, I’m inviting your awareness back to the breath here and there, but don’t stress about it ☺️ Especially, if you’re new to yoga it will take some time to start finding a common rhythm between your breaths and movements (NOTE! This is different for all of us). Just make sure that you keep breathing and you’re doing an awesome job!

Props: I would suggest having a belt or a strap or a towel for some final stretches at the end of the practice. Another – very optional – prop that you’ll see me using is a block. However, you don’t necessarily need this for the practice.

Just let yourself move, breathe, and enjoy the practice.
