We move slowly with plenty of explanation and cues to get you comfortable. This is a fantastic place to start if you’ve been curious about yoga and always wanted to give it a try, or you’ve felt confused or lost in a yoga class. I encourage you to pause the video, slow it down and come back for a refresher. I hope this class gives you a bit of knowledge and familiarity so you can approach your next yoga class with confidence! The most important thing is how you FEEL.
