In this series, I’ll go through some common postures that you are very likely to come across during group lessons, where you might need modifications or assistance.
It is not always possible for an instructor to offer that assistance every time he/she sees it in a group class (nor do I recommend doing it EVERY-TIME ), because your growth essentially has got to do with your awareness & realization of yourself.
Of course, in our current times, hands-on adjustments are limited too.
So are physical classes.
