Join Tim in this peaceful and flowing 1 hour guided half primary series Ashtanga yoga class. This class is perfect for beginners to Ashtanga yoga, or students looking to come back to their Ashtanga practice after some time off.
Tim was a dedicated student of Ashtanga yoga studying with Tim Miller and Maria Villella and teaching Mysore style in Orange County, Ca. This class introduces the student to a less rigid style of ashtanga but still preserves the integrity of the system.
From Tim: The consistency of the Ashtanga yoga system helped with my dedication and discipline with Yoga.
Although the sequence is a little off from how I sequence now, there is still a lot of benefit from practicing this sequence regularly and becoming proficient in all of the poses and transitions.
