We connect to the breath, enjoy gentle stretches, and build some heat and strength in the body.

I encourage you to LET GO of what you think the posture “should” look like, and instead focus on how you FEEL.

I invite you to laugh, play, explore and stay curious!

Perhaps you learn more about yoga, your partner or yourself during this class.

Partner yoga is a great way to connect to yourself and others.
