We will be holding our poses longer than we usually do in a Hatha or Vinyasa class. I will also invite you to deepen your breath – I love to do this by holding my breath at the top of my inhale from anywhere between 3-10 seconds, as well as holding at the bottom of my exhale for 3-10 seconds. You can also practice ujjayi breath if you are familiar.
