The Yoga Asanas in this video are suitable for beginners (any age) or senior members (age 55 years above) without any chronic illness.

For individuals who have specific health issues or chronic sickness, it is best to seek advice from your doctor or experienced yoga instructor nearby you to provide some specific instructions to improve your health.

Following are some suggestions on how to make use of the video in the best way:

– If you are a beginner or senior members who are hesitating to do yoga, then you may start off with Joint Exercise and end it with Pranayama exercise. Do this everyday for 1 to 2 weeks

– If you are a beginner or senior member who are willing to explore yoga further, then you may start off with Joint Exercise, Sun Salutation and end it with Pranayama exercise. Do this daily for 1 to 2 weeks.

– If you are a beginner or senior member with full enthusiasm, then follow through the entire video. Depending on your stamina and strength, you may try this 3 or 4 times a week for the first 2 weeks. From week 3 onwards try to practice between 4 to 6 times a week. After a month, try practicing daily.

– If you do not have time at all, focus on Joint Exercise and Pranayama exercise for the moment. It will take approximately 30 minutes.
