this 1 hour Yin yoga flow will help to release backpain and tension. This yoga class is focused on slow stretch of our back body to let go of tension and ease pain and discomfort. Stretch your shoulders, back, glutes by holding the poses from 2-5 minutes. Breathe into each pose, let go and relax. Don’t activate the muscles, but surrender and feel every sensation.
It is a safe pregnant yoga flow – prenatal yoga for back pain. Namaste!
