30 Minute Hatha Yoga (Go Upside Down). Yoga to change your perspective! Welcome to day 36. Let’s change our perspective by going upside down. If you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, Glacoma, back/neck injuries or if you’re you’re on your cycle, it’s not advised to practice inversions. You can always put your legs up the wall instead.
