In this video I’ll share my go-to stretches for the lower back. It’s so important to take care of your back and core. Stretching has a healing ability, it can help relieve lower back pain and inflammation, soothe nerves, back stress and muscle tension.

I hurt my back years ago when I was a teenager and became prone to re-occuring bouts of lower back pain. Thankfully I discovered stretching made a world of difference and when done regularly it helps heal the body and keeps it limber, making it less likely to be hurt again. If you suffer from severe chronic back pain stretching can be helpful in relieving pain.
