In our class this week we are focusing on building the foundations. Beginning a yoga practice can be challenging, this class will give you the tools to start feeling more comfortable and build strength. While yoga is commonly thought of for improving flexibility there is a big strength component to many practices.
Enjoy this practice and feel free to modify as much as you need to, it can be very helpful when approaching these poses to start out with. This practice is always your own, take your time and trust yourself along the way!
