A relatively intense, intermediate workout to develop all around strength, mobility, and flexibility. Perfect for setting up your day, getting your mind and body energy levels up, and ensuring your body feels great throughout the day. This workout has a solid combination of hips, core, and spine work; including hip strength and mobility, upper-back / thoracic mobility, and a nice core warm-up to get it all going. Use this whenever you need a quick and high-energy full body reset.

This workout is part of the Everyday Yoga Series, a program featuring workouts designed for the experienced/intermediate user to address your overall, strength, flexibility, and mental wellness goals in just 15 minutes. Modifications are provided for beginners and the inflexible, but less instruction that you might find in some of our other workouts.
