Hi everyone, thanks for joining me on the mat this morning! I’ll take you through this 15 minute morning yoga sequence to get you ready for the day ahead. This is a full body practice with a good mix of strength and stretch. Nothing too strenuous or intense, we’re just trying to wake ourselves up and feel really good in our bodies. This is great for all levels and no props are required.

I’ll take you through poses like sphinx, tiger, warrior 2, triangle and bridge pose.
