Give your low back some sweet RELIEF with these simple, relaxing, restorative yoga stretches for all of those tight muscles that contribute to chronic low back pain & sciatica pain. We’re talking about the hips, glutes, low back (QL), and hamstrings. These stretches are accessible for all ages and all levels, with no equipment needed, and I find them to be super effective. These are my go to stretches when I notice low back pain from sitting and slouching too much, and they’re also part of my everyday practice for low back and sciatica pain prevention. So get ready to give your low back some sweet love!
