Welcome to this 10 min yoga Nidra for day 29 of the 30 days of yoga for beginners challenge. Today’s practice is very different to the others – you can think of it as a form of yogic sleep, where the body can completely rest while the mind remains actively engaged and focused on the body and breath.

For today’s practice you will need a comfortable place where you can lie down, a blanket to keep you warm and that’s it. We will spend the whole time lying down so the only pre-requisite is to get yourself as comfortable as possible.
