DAILY ROUTINE
1.Walking in a winter landscape,brisk pace
2. Warming Up- arm circles,leg swings
3. Running in place or a light jog outdoor
4. Doing bodyweight exercises squats, pushups
5. Skipping rops, showing energy
6.Dipa using a bench or sturdy surface
7. Ending with yoga poses, streching, and meditation,calm atmosphere.
